A long and established career developing concepts, multi venue brands with centralised production facilities, events, pop-up restaurants, product and recipes for commercial kitchens. From initial conception, research & development through to marketing, implementation and operations. My work in this space has seen me collaborate with numerous talented professional's, architects & designers, scientists & academics, councils & government bodies, farmers & primary industry groups achieving some excellent and exciting results. The accumulation of my experience has given me the experience and knowledge to be able to successfully work on the simplest to the most complex of projects.
CONSULTANCY
My wide and varied range of experience's in helping operators further develop and refine their concept. My experience in this space spans across almost every aspects of the food industry, from Restaurants, cafe, high volume QSR operations to food retail, working with small owner operator venues to multi-venue and multinational operations! My experience has given me many tool's in which I can analyse current operations and create and implement successful strategies for growth.
PRESENTATION AND PUBLIC SPEAKING
After investing in formal presentation training I have been fortunate enough to put this to practice and present numerous time on television, radio, on stage or dirt and in front of small groups or thousands at festivals and events. Delivering clear and entertaining cooking demonstrations as well as key note speaking and Master of Ceremonies for charity or company events. In addition to this I have published award winning cookbooks as well as having been a regular contributor to lifestyle magazines and local papers.
The accumulation of this experience makes me a highly effective communicator regardless of the platform.
